- Along with the standard manufacture’s warranty on your new Radon Away R-145 fan, we will give you a 5 Year Fan Warranty
- Lifetime Warranty on the Effectiveness of your Mitigation System! You will Test 3.9pCi/L or less for the Life of your home. Should you ever Test higher than 3.9pCi/L, Genesis Radon will make all necessary alterations to the existing System at NO CHARGE EVER! You must notify us if the foundation is altered so we can determine if further Testing and/or Mitigation is necessary.
- Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee, if it leaks we fix it for FREE unless it’s caused by Acts of God or Abuse.
- We only use the most accurate testing equipment for your home or business. Our Continuous Radon Monitors (CRM) are calibrated annually per RMS code.
